These Terms of Service control access to and usage of Salezmedia's website, SMM panel, API, and related services. Registration, ordering of services, or use of our services confirms your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Salezmedia, you agree that you have read, understood, and acknowledge these Terms in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop all use.
You must be at least 18 years old or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of information you provide to use the services, including passwords and API keys. All activities that happen under your account are your responsibility. User negligence resulting in unauthorized access will exempt Salezmedia from losses.
Salezmedia is not affiliated with any of the social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter (X), Telegram, and Spotify.
Violations will mean immediate termination, forfeiting of balances, permanent bans, and reporting to the appropriate authorities or platforms.
If a user shares usernames, links, or other content, they must be understood as a confirmation and assurance on their part that they have the right to promote such content and that the content in question does not violate any laws or the rights of any third parties.
All services are provided without any form of warranty. Delivery timelines, retention, and performance outcomes are not guaranteed and may be influenced by other factors. Once an order has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Salezmedia does not guarantee account safety, freedom from bans, or the duration of engagements. The use of the Services is at your own risk.
All orders are final and non-refundable. Money placed in the account is considered service credits and is not withdrawable or transferable. In case of chargebacks or disputes, the account will be terminated immediately, and there may be recovery actions involved.
If an account is inactive for 90 days in a row, the balances of the account can be withheld without prior notice. Salezmedia is not obliged to keep inactive balances.
The activity is checked for fraud, abuse, or misuse. Account suspension or cancellation of orders, as well as permanent bans, may result from suspicious behavior.
Salezmedia will not be liable in any way, for any indirect or consequential damages, account bans, loss of money, or damage to reputation. The limitation of liability will be only to the lesser of the amount paid in the preceding 30-day period or one dollar.
The Client agrees to indemnify Salezmedia and its owners, employees, and partners, and to keep them indemnified, safe, and secure against any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees that are a consequence of the Client's use of the services or breaches of these Terms.
Salezmedia may, without any obligation to the customer, and at its sole discretion, change, suspend, or terminate a service or account.
Salezmedia will not be responsible for failures that are the result of events that are beyond their reasonable control, such as but not limited to changes in the platform, outages, cyberattacks, and government action.
If any of the provisions are deemed unenforceable, the other provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. The main protections survive after account termination.
These terms are in English, and any translation is just a help, the English version is the one that has legal effect. The interpretation is only Salezmedia's decision.
